These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thechristianvoss.com, the free training, and any course or membership purchased through it (together, the "Service"), operated by Vasilije Djudjic. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Description of Service
The Service provides educational content about using AI tools — including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude — for business and productivity purposes, delivered through free training content and paid course bundles or a monthly membership.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the Service.
Accounts
Some parts of the Service require an account, managed through Supabase. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Purchases & Payment
- All purchases are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and payment disputes on our behalf.
- Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes.
- The All-Access membership renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

License to Use Content
When you purchase a course or membership, you get a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or upload course materials elsewhere.
Prohibited Conduct
- Sharing your account or login credentials with others
- Scraping, copying, or redistributing course content
- Reselling access to the Service without authorization
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose

The Service is educational in nature. Nothing in it constitutes financial, legal, or professional business advice. AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude change frequently, and while we do our best to keep content current, we can't guarantee that every detail reflects the latest version of every tool at all times. We don't guarantee any specific results, income, or business outcome from using the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vasilije Djudjic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for anyone who violates these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
